The reason I moved in NC...almost 70 degrees on January 7th!

We had a nice surprise this morning...Austin slept until 10am.  That is a first.  With Hunter at a sleepover and Austin's sweet gift to us, Chris and I were able to catch up on some much needed sleep. 

Austin started off the day with some morning coloring...he has not used markers in awhile because he was always putting them in his mouth.  Today he was too busy taking the caps on and off to put them in his mouth. 

Nothing like a little drool added to a piece of artwork!

 

His next activity of the day was running around the house with our grill lighter.  The one drawer in our kitchen that doesn't have a lock on it...he of course gets in to.  The funny thing about the grill lighter...we do not have a working grill anymore and the lighter doesn't work either. 

 

Bike and scooter ride...Hunter's new scooter is Daddy's favorite toy.  I think he has been on it more then Hunter.

 

Austin was having a great time riding his bike.  I thought he looked funny from behind so I video taped his big melon head.  He was waving to a neighbor raking leaves.

 

We took a partial walk around Lake Lynn today.  It was really crowded, Sadie is a horrible walker on her leash, and Austin was trying to get out of his stroller.  So, we gave up and turned around.  We went to the playground instead.  I couldn't get any pictures of Hunter because he was too busy playing tag with a new friend on the playground.  He's so social...any time we go to a playground now he finds a friend and they start playing. 

 

 

Austin prefers to push the stroller now, instead of ride in it.
