Beautiful Saturday

Hunter started basketball today.  He had practice last week, but missed it due to the head lice epidemic.  He is in the 7-8 year old league because they go by your age as of March 31st.  However, he'll be six up until the last two weeks of the season which goes through most of February.

I could tell a big difference in the kids this season.  They all pretty much know what they're doing, but some of them are so tall!  He knows over half of his team. Two players were friends of his in preschool, one played on his fall baseball team, and two more played on his spring t-ball team.  The basket is a foot higher this season as well.  Games start in about a month.

It was so nice out today!  Chris was outside getting all the leaves out into the street for the first leaf pick up and Austin saw him from the window.  I was upstairs and could hear him say, "I want to jump in the leaves."  Then I heard the door slam shut.  So, I went out to find him in underwear, long sleeved shirt, and Hunter's sneakers.  He had a great time jumping though.

About a minute or so after this picture was taken I turned and saw him peeing in the front yard.  Nice!
