Landon thought it was tasty.
Ella used plastic scissors to cut up tiny little pieces which were then all over the floor.
We were supposed to go out to lunch for Kora's birthday with some friends, but Austin was too grouchy to take out...so we went swimming, had lunch, and Austin and Ella took a nap.
Hunter and I did some school work, played outside, picked a bunch of blueberries, and had a mean game of Candyland going on.
Just as I was going to wake Ella and Austin up, I heard Hunter yelling, "Help, I'm stuck."
And, stuck was an understatement. He had his head stuck in the banister of the stairs. He was freaking out, crying, and insisted he was going to be stuck there forever. After a lot of pulling, pushing, and tugging I found out that he did not stick his head in, but instead, his entire body and his head did not make it out.
So I realized he was going to have to go out the way he went in...I got Vaseline, but we were able to push him out without using it. Here he is "reenacting the scene.
How do you get a stubborn two year old to eat? With tongs of course.
Celebrating Kora's birthday...
Yum!
It wouldn't be a proper birthday without frosting smeared on Austin's feet.
