Hunter has not had practice or a game in awhile due to Labor Day weekend. His coach reserved a batting cage so they could practice hitting before Friday night's game. He did pretty well. It must have been the new gloves. The entire time he was hitting he was talking up a storm to his coach. I overheard him say, "So, I'm in first grade now at Underwood. Today was my 7th day of first grade." He went on to tell him about all of the other sports he has played and when. It's funny to listen to him strike up a conversation with anyone willing to listen. I was never like that as a child.
