I was reading in bed when I realized she was ripping one of her toys apart...then I saw which one it was...blue man...the stuff toy she has had since she was a puppy. That makes blue man 9 years old. She loves that thing. I think it was a bunny in a formal life.
This morning, Emily and I headed to Umstead to attempt a 7 mile trail run. It was sprinkling when we arrived. We set off hoping for the best, but instead got soaked. It was so cold! We ran about 3. Here's a shot of the parking lot as we were leaving.
We had breakfast for dinner tonight. These pancakes were delicious. Austin helped me while Hunter went out to run a mile with Chris. He ran it in 10:48. Not too bad...last weekend his mile was over 12 minutes!
It's fun to mash bananas!
