Sad Day :(

Actually, today was not really sad at all until 7pm or so.  Austin started off the morning with a round of bowling.  He found some glitter pens and set them up to bowl with.  He used his basketball, would take 4-5 dribbles first, and then roll it down the kitchen floor.  He did this for about 30 minutes.  He would get a little annoyed at the glitter pens while setting them up, because his elbow would hit one and knock them all down.  But, overall...he really enjoyed himself!

Then he found this little toy skateboard and tried to use it as a real skateboard.  He did this while wearing Ella's hair bow.

We braved the pollen today and went to the playground to play and have a picnic lunch.  Austin found some chalk that someone had left and was guarding it.  He feels that anything in his hand is, "MINE" as he puts it.

After getting home everyone was pretty tired.  I let the dogs out for a bit and when I let Sadie back in this is what the paper towel looked like after I wiped the pollen off of her.  So gross!

So, as for the sad news...as I was glancing through the pictures on my camera I went to sent the camera down...it missed the counter and instead plummeted to its death.  The camera hit the ground while the lens was open and it broke.  :(  Tomorrow I will have to borrow a camera or go buy one.
