Movin' Monday

Yesterday Hunter and I cleaned out my car and we found a bunch of Ella's hair barrettes.  This morning Austin found them and insisted on wearing them.

Everyone was settled in the car...after a brief wrestling match trying to get Austin into his seat.  I tried to turn on my car and it wouldn't start.  Thankfully Jane was going to gymnastics with us today so we just had to move the kids over to her van.  Austin found Ella's sunglasses and had to wear those for a bit.

Tiny Tumblers...this will be there last four week session.  :(  They break for the summer after May and by the time the fall rolls around they will be in the next age group.

They had a blast chasing after Jane and jumping onto the mat covering a trampoline.

This was the first time they swung on the rope by themselves. 

They were trying to "help" Cam get out of his car seat.

Silly Sunday

Austin refused to let me put his diaper on this morning and tried for quite some time to do it himself.  I had to finally bribe him with something to get him to let me put it on for him.

The boys both dressed up as pirates and used Austin's crib as a ship.  Austin spent most of the day in this pirate costume.  He even went to the grocery store wearing it...gosh, who does that remind you of?

While I was washing dishes today I heard Austin yelling..."Help Mama...help!"  (except he drops the H so it sounds more like..."Elp Mama...elp!"

And there he was...lugging a big bottle of apple cider vinegar up the stairs. 

Someone was happy to have Daddy home!!

Saturday Happenings...

Hunter had a t-ball game this morning.  He played catcher, left field, and third base.

Everyone wants to see all of the presents.

We couldn't find Austin's scooter and he didn't want to ride his bike, but when I pulled out these cheesy rollarskates he got all excited...so he "skated" while Hunter rode his skateboard down the street.

Hunter made me video tape him hanging from his fireman's pole...he made a comment about passing gas while hanging from a cliff.

Dessert at Yogurt Mountain.  Austin was so proud of himself.  He wanted Cookies and Cream frozen yogurt with pretzels and m&m's as a topping.

He was wiping his face on his napkin...and spitting his M&M out of his mouth.

Four boys equals...loud!

Hunter had an early release day from school today, so we invited two of his friends over.  We played outside most of the time because it was so beautiful out today!  (and because once we came inside I could barely hear myself think...between the drums, keyboard, sword fighting, and Austin screaming to get the big boys to chase him)

I guess Hunter isn't the only one who makes funny faces every time I try to take a picture!  No wonder they are such good friends.



I did not really feel up to writing this post tonight...my thoughts and heart are with my father-in-law tonight who was given horrible health news.  Please keep him in your thoughts and remember to live each day to the fullest!!!
