Bikes for Four

Chris recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary at Schwab.  He was given a catalog of gifts to choose from.  He decided to get a mountain bike they offered so we would all have a bike.  It was delivered yesterday, so this morning we decided to go check out part of the greenway we have not been to before.  This one is off of Falls of Neuse and runs along the water.  I think it's called the Upper Neuse Trail or something like that.

We had a good time.  Hunter did great.  We went about 5 miles.  On the way back to the car he dumped his bike after going off the path by mistake.  He was looking over to the water while going down a hill and turning and his wheel got caught in the gravel and made him tip.  He was not happy...however, he got back on and we made it back to the car in one piece.

I took this one picture as we were riding back and Austin kept saying...take more pictures...so the last few were of his requests.

The fly fisherman...we also saw some canoes...so we may try that out sometime.

We hung out by the pool this afternoon...our neighbor found a lizard in our house, but it disappeared under the couch.  Seriously???  I'm sick of wild life getting into this house.  I don't even care about the lizard...as long as it stays downstairs.
