Dentists and Pool Floats

The boys both had a dental cleaning this morning.  We love Dr. Dave at North Raleigh Pediatric Dentistry.  I could not take any pictures because Austin was in my lap for most of the time.  But, he did great.  This was his second cleaning and he loves it.  Mostly because he likes to try to suck on the toothbrush.

It is really hard to brush his teeth, but the hygienist and dentist said they looked great.  Unfortunately, it does not look like his 2 year molars are even close to coming.  More drool for awhile I guess.  :(

Hunter had some x-rays done and you could see all his new teeth that are pushing through.  You could also see his 12 year molars in his gums.  Pretty neat.  He did great.  He goes back next month to get sealants on his 6 year molars to prevent cavities.  Unlike Austin, Hunter still lets us brush and floss his teeth.

Here he is after the appointment with a pair of cherry scented gloves and a mask that he asked for.

It was pretty warm today...so we swam for a bit.  Then Hunter and I cleaned his room.  That took awhile...pretty much while Ella and Austin napped!

I got Austin this new float for the pool.  He liked it.  We'll test it out this week!

Tomorrow is supposed to be really nice...not humid, so we're going to hit up a playground to run off some energy.  Then maybe I'll get some packing done for our upcoming trip!
