The boys eating watermelon for breakfast. I bought this yesterday afternoon and it was gone in about 12 hours.
Cam came over for a few hours and Ella was here as well. We went to Quail Ridge story time and the kids worked on Father's Day cards. Then we headed over to Whole Foods for our free snack.
We also went to Hunter's school to pick up a few things that were left behind...including his report card. He's officially a first grader! While we were there we met with a mom who showed me the school's garden. I'm going to help take care of it this summer.
We ran home for a quick lunch and then headed over to my old school to drop Cam off and pick up a few things. I caught up with the latest gossip/drama at school and got everyone home by 3 for a late nap.
Hunter wanted to go swimming so I took the cover off of the pool only to hear him say, "Nah...it's too cold, I don't want to swim." Mind you, I was pouring sweat and ready to jump in with my clothes on. So, we covered the pool back up and he said, "I think I want to go in now, it's warmer." But, I said...well, I guess you can go tomorrow...and then about 10 minutes later it started to pour.
I took the kids to an after hours event at Marbles...lots of fun, but I didn't take many pictures.
We didn't get home until 8:30...so the boys didn't start getting ready for bed until 9:30...I'm beat.
