This morning I set my alarm so I would have time for one last run on the beach. The tide was low and I ran to one end of the island. There were some sand bars not far out from where I was and I saw two people that waded over to it and they were collecting sea shells. I bet they got some great ones way out there...we'll have to remember to do that next time we go.
We got everything packed up and the boys wanted to go around and say goodbye to the baby birds, the dock, the rocking chairs, etc...
The sun was so bright...this was Hunter's best shot.
So we switched sides.
Hunter wanted me to take a picture of the back of the house.
And one of the dock.
He went and rocked on each chair before we left. I rocked Austin to sleep each night out on this front porch while looking at the full moon and the stars.
We made it home a little after 1pm and got a lot of unpacking done. Chris got his new bike delivered today so he put that together. Hopefully we'll go out on the green way tomorrow. The dogs were happy to be home and happy to see us. We took them for a walk and Sadie was dragging in the heat.
Glad to be home and getting ready to sleep in my own bed. I'll update yesterday's pictures tomorrow.
