Today we all slept in, which was a good thing because it was all drizzly and gross out for part of the day. We took the boys to Calabash, which is a town nearby. We went into a gift shop and about 5 minutes in Austin tripped and fell and landed on a glass shelf and it broke. He wasn't hurt and the frames on the shelf did not break. Thankfully we didn't have to pay for the shelf, but if we did have to it probably would have only cost about $1.00. That glass had to be super thin to break that easily.
We went to get some ice cream for lunch at Calabash Creamery where they make their own ice cream. Yum!
Hunter wanted a new pair of handcuffs...seemed appropriate as when Jessica asked him what he wanted to do today he said, "Break the law." So, he kept handcuffing himself to places and tossing the key aside.
MooMa got a crab cage and some bait today. They are easier to catch then fish.
Batman going to see the crabs.
We headed down to the beach in the late afternoon.
And, it's just not an eventful time at the beach unless there is a sand fight. Thankfully the house has an outdoor shower.
Chris covered Hunter with sand and it took him quite some time to get himself out.
Tonight we had a nice lasagna dinner at the house, Chris and I took a canoe ride while the sun was setting, and then we took a bike ride with the boys.
Later, after Austin went to bed we took Hunter do to the beach to check out the stars with the binoculars.
