Meet the Teacher

Sometimes Hunter will request to have his picture taken because he says he is doing something cute.  Like this morning..."Mom, look how cute we are."

As some point today Austin got a hold the camera and took about 20 pictures of himself.  Here are 3 funny ones.

This afternoon we went to meet Hunter's first grade teacher.  It always amazes me at the amount of parental support there is at his school verses where I taught...in the same county...about 5 miles apart.  The room was packed, the volunteer list was full...I can't even imagine that kind of support in a classroom.

Later I met a friend for dinner at a delicious Asian restaurant called Tasu.  It was nice to have some kid free time.

I was getting ready for my run tomorrow and had to laugh at my items I set out...water bottle, watch, mace.  Yes, I bought mace.
